Second Avenue Home Inspections is a residential home inspection business serving Westmoreland, Allegheny, Indiana, Cambria and Somerset Counties in Pennsylvania. Second Avenue is certified by interNACHI, the worlds leading association for home inspectors. We are also fully insured and a subscriber to the West Penn MLS. Besides offering home inspections, we also offer radon testing and sewer scope inspections. All home inspections include a thermal imaging inspection at no additional cost to the client.

Home Inspections
A home inspection is a limited, non-invasive examination of the condition of a home at the time of the inspection. Second Avenue has the training and certifications to perform a detailed and thorough inspection to help give you general condition of the property and to possibly find very costly issues such as an outdated HVAC system or electrical system.

Second Avenue offers radon testing by the use of a continuous radon monitor in which yields immediate results at the end of the 48 hour test, so there is no waiting for any results to come back from a lab.
